To maintain transparency and accountability, we regularly provide updates to the Audit and Finance Committee of the Board of Directors. This reporting mechanism ensures that our compliance efforts are overseen at the highest level, aligning with our commitment to upholding ethical standards and best practices throughout the organization.

At Acalah, every employee is obligated to undergo compulsory annual Business Conduct training. To ensure that employees have access to information and support, we provide a variety of additional resources, such as the Business Conduct Helpline and the Business Conduct website. These resources serve as avenues for addressing any inquiries or concerns related to our business practices and ethics, reaffirming our commitment to maintaining a culture of integrity and responsibility throughout the organization.

Compliance at Acalah

Acalah has ingrained various compliance functions into its business organization. These essential functions are overseen by the Business Conduct and Global Compliance team, which includes areas such as Business Conduct, Political Compliance, Export and Sanctions Compliance, Health Compliance, Antitrust Compliance, and Anti-Corruption Compliance. These integrated compliance efforts are a vital aspect of how Acalah operates and upholds its ethical standards.

Our Business Conduct Policy

Our Business Conduct Policy outlines the ethical standards that all employees at Acalah must adhere to. Upon joining the company, each employee is required to acknowledge that they have read and comprehended the policy, and this acknowledgment is renewed annually. Any breaches of the policy are treated with utmost seriousness and may lead to disciplinary measures, up to and including termination of employment.
