These resources serve as avenues for addressing any inquiries or concerns related to our business practices and ethics, reaffirming our commitment to maintaining a culture of integrity and responsibility throughout the organization.

Acalah has ingrained various compliance functions into its business organization. These essential functions are overseen by the Business Conduct and Global Compliance team, which includes areas such as Business Conduct, Political Compliance, Export and Sanctions Compliance, Health Compliance, Antitrust Compliance, and Anti-Corruption Compliance. Our Business Conduct Policy
Our Business Conduct Policy outlines the ethical standards that all employees at Acalah must adhere to. Upon joining the company, each employee is required to acknowledge that they have read and comprehended the policy, and this acknowledgment is renewed annually. Any breaches of the policy are treated with utmost seriousness and may lead to disciplinary measures, up to and including termination of employment.
